The police heavily moderates the activity on the roof of Mauville City because of the recent upsurge in criminal activity at night. Some say that a new Yakuza-like organization is trying to steal Pokemon from unsuspecting trainers, others say it is merely team Aqua or Magma, once again at large. Regardless, in the evening, it is recommended to watch the stars only if your Pokemon can protect you!

Strange encounters with trainers may occur here, trainers may fight each other. At night, there are few people on the roof.
